Static - Teleport stuns and blinds for 1.5 seconds

Blizzard - Ice Snake freeze a longer time (3 seconds)

 

Think. You could multi hit em and they would go nowhere. Then once they fall back down you can vanish multi hit them until 30 is done, and do the same thing.

as for my major id, uhhhh
make statue a legendary
and give bonus health per -1% walk speed you have (like 5-10 health per -1%)

why everyone only suggest for mythics?
