A higher level quest that allows access to the vaults without payment? But that only then links to the 'extra space' theme. Maybe a quest for high level players which expands on the main storyline and allows you access to the Great bank of Fruma, one with a vault? something like that.

Well, that isn't possible because I'm not the one to make Fruma, I don't know what to expect. Maybe the Gavelian vaults will be freee to use.

This is a suggestion based off of @SHsuperCM 's Corkus Safes suggestion of being able to store Quest or Untradable items. They abandoned the suggestion, for whatever reason, but I think it has great potential. So I've decided to take it into my own hands and shape it how you like. This is my first bank suggestion, so please. Roast it. And when I say 'it' I mean the suggestion, not me. Don't start a flame war, respect everyone's opinions and go wild. Prove me wrong, it all starts now.

Basic Outline/Description -
In the Corkus Safes idea, you input an item for a price, but then to retrieve it, you pay a fee of half the price you input it for. It holds 50 items in each safe, but you start with 25 (as they do not share over cities). The items aren't shared over classes/adventurers. Here's a price chart, tell me if they're alright.

Lvl 1-20 ~ 20E - 10E
Lvl 21-40 ~ 36E - 18E
Lvl 41-60 ~ 1EB - 32E
Lvl 61-80 ~ 1EB 32E - 48E
Lvl 81-100/101 ~ 3EB - 1EB 32E

Lvl depends on what level the ITEM is now, instead of player level.

GUI and Whatnot -
The GUI would look the same of the banks and a combination of the lobby. I want to show you with a picture, but right now I'm not home. I'll finish this later.
The vault itself would be an entity, and when right click open the vault. The entity would be a normal chest.

Unlocking a Vault -
In these 3 quests within Wynn, Cook Assistant, Elemental Exercise and Maltic's Well, an extra line of dialogue will play upon completing the quest.

[4/4] The Cook: Oh, and I shouldn't forget! I must recommend you to the king, he must let you take purpose of our vaults!

[6/6] Ragon: The results in the study have helped me greatly in my research. I shall ask for access to the vaults for you, it is a better reward than what I can give you anyway.

[4/4] Rynend: Good luck, I shall ask the bank to let you use the vaults.

When you complete either of these it will have a [Access to Wynnic Vaults] on the bottom of the rewards. The extra line will only activate the first time you unlock them.
To unlock more storage, you must purchase membership cards (name due to change) and will be able to unlock a set amount of storage slots. Here is a price chart, tell me if they're alright.

16eb - 30 slots.
48eb - 35 slots.
2le - 40 slots.
6le - 45 slots.
8le -50 slots.

The reason none of the passes have names, is because I need YOU to come up with them. I'm thinking things such as grandmaster, or baker. It needs to be a generic and relevant to Wynn's timeline.

Location -
The vaults are located at the Banks of Detlas, Almuj and Nemract. Do note, that it is not shared, so an Almuj vault will contain different items to one in Nemract. In the Detlas vault, it would be between the first two emerald merchants. Nemract's would have its in the middle, where the lamp is. For Almuj, it would be engraved in the ground, symmetrical to the middle.

Reverse Interest means that the more items you have in the vault, the more emeralds it would cost to do transactions with the vault.
Rows/slots unlocked by quests, by @SaltyKing
Basically, do a quest, unlock a slot/row.
Inter-class fee by @captainganon
Essentially, it is being able to access another class' storage, but only being able to pull out, not input. It would cost a fee from the class taking the item.
Free Vaults by @Sekizen
Basically, a high levelled quest makes it so that all vaults are free.

FAQ -
Q.What are the ones in Gavel?
A.Not finished yet.
Q. Can I store emeralds in it?
A. No, you may not.
Q. Why do I need to pay?
A. Because it's extra storage, 150 more to be precise.
Q. How do stackable items work?
A. They stack. It only accounts for 1 item, so you could have 64 rotten flesh in one vault and still have 24 or however many you have left worth of storage slots.
Q. With the rotten flesh example, what if I take 2 rotten flesh out of the whole stack/slot?
A. You pay full price for the transaction. Say you put in one flesh at a time, it would cost 64 times more than putting in 64 at once.

Pretty good idea. First of all, it fits into the time when people's inventories start to fill up, its is in a reasonable location, there is just a lot you can do with it.

It can get better, and has a lot of potential. Hell, it might even replace banks!

It used to be for level, but you could bypass that by giving it to a low level class.
