Actually, this looks good! Maybe less "haha"s, but that is a detail.
Also I would remove the "+Zara's Friendship" from rewards.
In the questline, are you going to make quests specially about Zara or make Zara randomly meet you?
There could be different possibilities depending on whetever you done previous Zara's quests or not, you need to mind that players who didn't do the previous quests can be really confused

Yeah, the "haha" are meant to be from his personality, but maybe to overuse it is bad I guess.
Also the +zara friendship was a little detail that maybe would've been cool to add xD.
Well, I thought that maybe it can be met randomly at the other quests, and to start the quest the system could analyze if you've done the previous ones, but I'm not sure if it is possible, that's one of the reasons why I just write the quests and don't go into system details such as how much xp the quest gives or things like that, because I'm unexperienced.
Also, for the last quest which I'm planning to make it somehow important (since it's the last one). Zara will probably ask you to meet somewhere after the penultimate quest.
Also it should be impossible to meet him for a quest in the real world, because if you follow the timeline, you can't just put 4 different Zara all over the map. What if you complete the last quest and then meet the starting npc of Zara at ragni? Haha. That's why I wanna start every quest with a cinematic so he isn't in the main world.

I think Misadventure on the Sea does it, so it shouldn't be that big problem.

You mean after A Hunter's Calling?
If not, maybe he could be one of the bosses?

If you don't plan to kill him, you could left Zara somewhere in the real world, either in the last place of quest or a bar where he would talk about "good old times".
But it is only up to you how you decide.

I meant after the lvl 70ish quest, the last quest with him would then be the lvl 90ish.
And I don't think I'll put him as a boss like a "friendly fight" or even a death fight situation, because I'm planning to make him be stronger than the actual player. Maybe he'll achieve his dream, who knows :P

    I'm so impressed.

Actually I have thinking of suggesting more emotional and deeper quest, probably I should try making one.
I mean instead for doing random tough and nonsense works this is certainly much better (imagine always having random people telling you to repair their house damaged by giants and slay them!? wtf!? I can't help saying most of olux's quests sucks).

Also Aledar is a assassin and Tasim is a warrior. So there's potentially deep and more oftenly appearing mage, archer or shaman character.

For mage its easy, maybe Lanu or some oc I have thought of
For archer maybe the Reynauld in Recovering the Past quest, as the other two are farmer and sailor respectively, not soldiers

Elphaba and Lucio could be introduced earlier and fill these roles

I think we need some recurring characters, maybe or maybe not the one you are talking about but:
    - Let's say if the player (you) is focused on, then why not make Tasim appear again? Some people above even said that they should make Elphaba and Lucio appear easier, which I agree because they are in some way related to Aledar. They just have to rewrite some of the dialogues in A Journey Beyond/Further though. Also from Recovering the Past it showed how awful Fruma is, then they should include some of the people in Fruma I guess?

    - Main lore. In the very old times we only have Bob, so maybe relate to him more, instead of making random quest where you help random people who just sit in their house or village (cough Worid). For example we have Tarod being Bob's friend, Batelu being a loyal fan of Bob, and Bob's pets (Maybe not).

    - Tiek and maybe Gaclux may be related to the realm of light lore.

From what I see from quests are, most NPCs aren't interactive after you finished the quest. I could accept the case for Amerigo in the quest, The Mercenary or Aledar squad in RTD quest, but others? They are still thinking that you are a stranger and thinking "oh a soldier helped me but idrk who he is".

I don't think it is nice to introduce a new random named character, but I get your idea though, they just need to recur some characters and make them actually interact with you in random times, for example when you log in:
Tasim: Oh hey (playername), I just heard that somewhere near Olux is in big trouble, people are going missing! Anyway, it is nice to know that you are still here. (before An Iron Heart part II)
Tasim: Hey friend, the underground factory had been dealt with, it is on the papers! You helped the detective, right? (2-3 days after Iron heart II)

So basically it is like seaskipper dialogue but it detects which quests you finished. I know interactiveness isn't only related to dialogues, but some of the small details like the fisher near Olux is also fine. They have to recur so nobody will forgot people like this:
*done eye of the storm and after a month* *in the forums*
Omfg eye of the storm suck, its gameplay is literally shit, also that guy who put a parkour in his basement is just sooooo stupid.

Ok I am done here, and this post has been necro'd but the suggestion is somewhat good, given that the NPCs kinda suck in wynn.

That will be cool, as you should have known them you don't need to care about if the player did their previous quest or not

For Aledar and Tasim yes, but I think that people like Tarod should be befriended after his quest.

And dialogues based on quests finished or unfinished is a really great way to interact, since it will make it looks like they know what you have done when you are in somewhere else.
