World Events Beginning Timers

I have been watching the world event timers and they have been consistently revealing these world events at 2-3 minutes until they start. This makes it so that you have to rush to the world event, and half the time don't get there in time. It's pretty stressful.

It also makes it so that once you get to the world event, you're depleted of mana because of all the movement spells you have been spamming.

I am pretty sure that they're supposed to show up 5 minutes in advance, but just incase that has been changed I am posting this here.
