World What Time Is It

exactly. its more of a design choice rather than practical. looks better and doesnt change every second for every minute.

for this one i agree, minutes can be added for practicality and doesnt update every second. thr display could simply be hours:minutes for every world event, and since annihilation is the only one with more than 1 hour of wait time it wiuld be the only one to be affected.

 

But in the case of a timer I feel like practical purposes kinda take priority here? Maybe I don't have the same eye for aesthetics as you but I'm curious as to how adding seconds (00:00/ 0m 0s for most World Events, 00:00:00/ 0hr 0m 0s for Annihilation) might take something away from the current design of the entire WE display text
