The blue mask is an essential part of my build rn. If I didn't have it, my weapon would suck.

Is right is not good for no multi-elemental builds,but is just OMG for when you need too much Skill Points/you using a multi-elemental building

 

Remember guys, health is the only thing that matters. I have 30k hp, and -9999 walk, defense, and damage. Fight me, im the best player. The highest stat boost item in the game, which gives you up to a level 51's total stat points, is terrible, especially when some items require 250+ stat points

 

I'm pretty sure you misspelled: "The Blue Mask was one of the best endgame helms (pre-Gavel), and still is one of the best endgame helms if used correctly."

Also how is this a suggestion? Were you suggesting that the CT should make the Blue Mask better?

 

They do matter. They musn't be better than the better tier. For ex.: Rares mustn't be better than legendaries. I saw ur "doesn't always matter"

With my current build I have a rare wand, I won't swap it for a legendary as no legendary fits into my build.

 

It may fit builds because some legendaries have better id's but dont have the specific. And the rare you use has worse id's but has the specific.

find me a legendary wand with +dex, +agi, spell bonus and an average damage of 150

 

It's not just the health that matters.
You do realize that your Svallin has -32% walk speed. Your Svallin pretty much makes you a tank, while giving large debuffs in other areas. Pretty much Svallin is good on its own

However Blue Mask is essential for builds. By itself it may not be amazing, but with other pieces of armour it's quite good

 

Statue is rare, has near 10k hp.

Look at the blue gem set.

Nethers reach has similar hp regen to leo

Crossroad killer dagger

Etc etc. Dont only look at tier, look at what the item actually does.

 

and people telling me Statue ain't good even if you counter the walkspeed smh

 

Taurus has +1000 raw melee damage! That's amazing! (look at the downsides, too...)
Blue gem set isn't amazing.
Nether's reach has around 2000 less health than Leo. Considering the two are based around health, that's a pretty big difference.
Crossroad killer is only that good because of +tier attack speed bug.

I agree with you, but if you compare two armors focusing on the same thing at different tiers, you're going to find a much better one at legendary/mythic.

In this case, people who use Svalinn in their negative walk speed build will find it much more useful than blue mask. A higher-tier negative walk speed helmet would be even better (I know that svalinn doesn't actually focus on negative walk speed, but it has a heck ton of it)!
And vice versa.
