    I have a few hacks on my PC for survival worlds I made, I just started using Wynncraft, what programs are allowed? Also, are you allowed to use hacks for good?

    As it says, no hacks are allowed whatsoever, but mods that do not give any gameplay advantage (such as optifine or wynntils) are. However, when starting out, it's recommended to use a vanilla client at first (usually until around level 50), so you can get a feel for the game without mods.
