    Everyone can get a free crate every month and why isn't diary reward after voting not allowed its just the same as getting a voting reward on other servers.

    Wrong. The EULA prevents anything that isn't a cosmetic being gifted to a voter, EXCEPT if it is given to the entire server. You're underestimating what topics the EULA spans

    So a crate that you BUY (donation to a server) what is not given to the whole server is not against the eula? Seems legit.

    No, we cannot legally give anything to anyone if it is not cosmetic, for voting, unless we have a voting goal, and then the rewards must be server-wide. That applies to both soft currency (emeralds and items) and to hard currency (items available for purchase from the store). Period. End of discussion. We don't care what any other server does or doesn't do. Wynncraft is EULA compliant, and that is the bottom line. This has been noted by the admins and the owners several times. We have worked very hard to adhere to the EULA, as when we had to change the rewards for donors when Mojang wrote clarifications for the EULA. We've had this discussion before, in several threads, and the idea is a dead end. There are no loopholes, and there is no way around it, that anyone has ever found. So, unless you can find a loophole that no one else has ever thought of, this discussion is pretty much done, really. You're welcome to brainstorm all that you want, but we aren't going to violate the EULA. Mojang has really clarified their position on what is and what is not acceptable, and that's what we follow.
