Hybrid as in it can be obtained ingame and through the shop, as long as we can't buy the vote points it's okay.

Now for my opinion.
Personally vote rewards would be nice, but in the end they only really benefit constant players in the end.
Higher vote counts will only attract players, and only a few will stay.
They'll also attract account scammers, like they did that one time we got to #2 in a vote chart.

 

That's why I personally prefer the "remove daily rewards and link the reward chest to voting"
And I agree that giving rewards isn't that fair.

 

tbh i think they should jsut have a thing that like reminds u that u can vote for the server im sure people will :/

This isn't a good idea. First off removing daily rewards won't be popular. Second of all giving rewards for voting is incredibly desperate and the other option is not giving any rewards which gives players no incentive to vote in the first place. Voting isn't a system that's going to work well for Wynncraft. Imagine playing an MMORPG and suddenly you can watch an ad or share it with your friends. It just doesn't feel right. To sum up Wynncraft isn't the best server for voting. Although there's nothing wrong with voting for Wynncraft right now to get some new players coming.

 

You'll just have to vote to get them

It will just be a link in chat, like the forums psa. It won't ruin anyone's immersion
