There are better banks suggestions which want it to be available to everyone. @Creeper_King has a very good Better Banks suggestion, which has no bias towards any rank. My point is, that adding an extended enderchest for a select group of people would cause alot of hate.

Thanks for spreading my little idea around, you're also entirely right, to make it completely fair everybody would have to be able to gain access FAIRLY otherwise it would not follow the minecraft EULA entirely therefore the wynncraft team would have to make even more changes. Sorry, this is actually impossible to make a thing happen. Nice idea anyways though.
