    Pretty straightforward. For example, I have a bone wings effect that's just a bunch of white particles on my back in a vague wing shape. Catch cosmetics up with the times.

    I mean they DID say the new weapon graphics are less taxing on the system than the old particle effects soooo... the only thing is that it would definitely take some time to implement, but sounds good for a long-term update!
