And I don't get how people think this would be a great idea. It makes no sense lol. 4 gathering tools = 1 better gathering tool... wow. just "combine" them and you get a better one? That is not realistic at all.

 

He means that tier 1 refined resources can be combined into higher tiers. He said nothing about gathering tools.

 

The ingredients too.

I still don't think that would be 2 great either... For example... Copper can't transform into Iron or something.

Ingredients have got different "lores".


I also think it would be great for people to do dungeons again.

The OP means that you can turn a certain amount of a tier 1 resource such as logs, ore, fish, or crops, and turn them into higher tier resources up to tier 3 (3 stars). That’s it. So you can’t turn a bunch of tier 3 copper into tier 1 iron.

And yes i know that the suggestion was about upgrading tier 1 to tier 2 and so on.

Full disclosure, I don't fully understand the system yet. That being said, it sounds like a cool idea to make the grind a little more worthwhile. One little suggestion is that it should work more like horses and less like powders, just to keep the three stars more rare and valuable (willing to compromise on this though). Anyways, great idea, so it's a "HELL YES!" from me!
