Alright so here's the problem with this
1. Some people dont constantly try to get money, they want to enjoy the content.
2. For the super rich people they have been building there riches for a while now and if you just took 20% away that would be unfair, you can't get 5 stacks in a week unless you really really try and then it's just gonna be takin away.

GUYS! GUYS! I finally realized what OP's suggestion is!
He wants to make the game unplayable so that more people would stop playing leaving with their le. Less players = less le.

 

This thought just doesn't work. Forcing players into an area and demanding payment isn't something the CT would agree with.
This would also hurt players who decide to take a vacation from Wynncraft.

Whats the point of playing wynn with no goal? Aka Breifcase, has 10 classes, a bank with full LE. He has no point in the game now. He won the game.

I have 2 LE. Sure Ill lose less but gain less.
