Tier 5 Horse!!!

Ok, so the walk on water and lava feature can only work with 3 vanilla features.
1. The 1.10+ nogravity command/ gamerule/ thing. But it would be broken since the horse can not move up or down so you could break the game by jumping of the canyon of the lost.
2. Setblock under the horse but everything would lag.
3. Levitation, but it can not work for less than 1 second and if it could it would lag.

lets start with the cosmetics of your suggestion, you used a rather dark color that isn't visible on all screens when in dark theme (please use the none option from now on, its the default anyway)
now to the actual content:
riding on water and gliding will trigger the anti cheat program and get the players kicked.
the horse levels aren't in linear order, a 40/40 isn't twice as fast as a 20/20, its faster. a 50/50 would be fast as acer pre gavel.
no need to make the horse super fast for no reason.
giving horses jump boost is a bit useless.
what are the different abilities the horse has?
with a 5% chance from two whites (if the remaining 15% go to staying in the same tier) would cost 3144le on average to breed (smth around that), that's 49.125 stacks of le (maybe @captainganon can try to breed one)
if you are going for a 5% from 4 whites it will cost 17544le or 274.125 stacks of le.
economically wise no one will be able to get this.
and if someone does luck out and get it it will wreck the market as it will be the most expensive item on the market.

 

Why though isn't a white horse enough already, I even find a black horse good. And also it would probably be way overpriced and cost 40 stacks of LE.

 

Okay time for some critisism:
1. As mentioned above: price. Price is already a problem for horsebreeding, as it takes over a stack of le to get a white horse on the market. These are already limited. Think about the white horse that would be wasted. The price would skyrocket! White horses would be so exclusive and expensive few peeps will have whites anymore. Also breeding whites is expensive enough so why make it more expensive?

2. The ability of it actually working with current code is low. Making horses faster by thunder I expect to not work easily with current code. Also if you despawn the horse will the speed be gone? Gliding might work but I personally don't think you should be able to "fly" with horses. They are a rideable land animal, not an airplane or bird. Walking on fire/water would not work as mentioned before. Also what buff would earth have?

3. The other stuff: 50 tiers of speed will not be way faster than white. This would make the normal speed not important. The other abilities are also ridiculously hard to implement and would make this horse WAY more OP then chestnut - white. So try to find a more balanced thing. Maybe just:
Speed: 1/50
Jump: 1/50
Special: 0/10
Powder slots: 0/2

You would add 2 powders of the same element (tier IV and up) to add strength to the special. Tier IV 1, Tier V 3, Tier VI 5. 2 powders required to be able to activate your special. This would have special abilities. These will charge up by walking. Activate active by rightclicking your saddle while on your horse.
Earth: Passive: Quaking hooves: Deals a small amount of damage in a 2x2 radius.
Active: Earthquake: Deals high damage in a 5x5 radius.
Air: Passive: The wind's support: You move faster. A 1.5/50 per special tier.
Active: Cloud nine: The horse forms clouds around itself. Releasing right click realeases the clouds giving knockback to enemies.
Fire: Passive: Blazing hot skin: When enemies attack you, they take some damage. More special tier = more damage.
Active: Fire tower: Summons a fire tower that stays for 1.5 x special level seconds and deals good damage
Thunder: Passive: Rotating bolt: When standing still for at least 15 second a rotating thunderbolt spawns which knock the enemy back and dealing damage.
Active: Thunder run: Shoot forward with the speed of thunder, leaving a damaging thunderbolt behind.
Water: Passive: Water trace: Leaves behind a wet path slowing enemies by 3.5 x special level%.
Active: Rain dance: Releases curse weakening enemies in a 7x7 radius lasting for [special level] seconds. Even when you leave your horse they stay cursed
