First, your account of the conversations, both in-game and on discord, isn't entirely the truth. You were told of multiple ways to fix the problem that you had, you weren't being treated rudely or unfairly. You refused to listen to the advice that was given to you, many, many times, over quite a long while. That simply means that trying to help you WAS worth their time, not the opposite. But you wanted to be tped out of the cutscene NOW, and that couldn't be done, and you didn't care to listen why. You wanted what you wanted, when you wanted it, regardless of what you were told.

Second, we don't tp players out of cutscenes because there is always the chance that if we did that, it would break the player's quest, permanently. If that happened, then you would be angry that we tried to help you, just as you asked us to do, and it broke your quest. That's part of our policy, and it's not going to change unless and until a massive amount of work can be done on every cutscene to make them fail-proof. Don't ask, you've already been told that the CT is working on it, and all of us are volunteers.

Third, the only way that you lost any legendary item from dying, would be if you lost a lot of soul points. That's a game mechanic, and it's your fault for not taking a break while your soul points regenerated.

Fourth, I'm sorry that you lost some keys, however, as far as I remember, there is a neat little warning that pops up when your soul points get low. Did you notice that? Did you pay attention to it, or did you ignore it?

And last, this isn't a bug report.

Excuse me, but you titled this thread, "The Mods And Content Team Wont Help Me | My Name Is Xxx_therealgrian_xxx On Discord". There is as much discrepancy here, as there is in a lot of your claims.

 

There used to be a warning at about one or two soul points with the old item drop system, but are you sure there is one with the new system?

 

I haven't been that low on soul points in a long, long, time.

 

There's a warning when you drop to 5.

 

guess I don't get that low often enough to notice that xD

 

god, do you realize if they teleported you out, they would have to tp any other person that also got stuck and it could also break your quest

 

Because if we tp to you we get stuck too.

 

Such problem arised ever since the creation of wynncraft. You would think if they could just fix it in, what, 4 years by now, they'd already did.

 

To be honest, just do /kill with full soul points if you don't wanna be like 7 soul points. This way, even though you can't play wynn temporarily, you will not lose items on death. (except junk items i think but idk)

Anyway, first off throwing dirt at staff and disrespecting them won't get you anywhere. If you think making them feel bad about your decision, then you shouldn't be posting on the forums.
As other people stated, you were given multiple choices of help, but you didn't listen, and now your complaining to something you had a choice in the matter for.
If mods could just tp you out, then they would be given a lot more stress and time wasted, just to get people out, when they already have a built in feature, called /kill, /die, or /suicide (my favorite)
You didn't loose those keys to a glitch, you lost them because you did /kill when you had a small amount of skill points left
that's like blaming the gun factory for you shooting someone.
The problem with cutscenes, is that they are supposed to work most of the time, and it's hard for them to pinpoint when it will break. Most of the time when it breaks, it was dictated by the players actions (you /classed, swapped servers, etc.) On the off chance that it wasn't controllable (restart), well you just have to be more careful.
This doesn't deserve to be on the general suggestions.
Heck, this shouldn't be on forums. You lost some keys, so what. You didn't wait and you lost them for not listening

I've been playing since the old VIP City days and I've never dropped below 6.

 

seems like your just a butthurt guy who lost some keys, but there are things much more then keys like losing a pure to a serv crash. anyways you weren't paying attention and should read are you stuck guide if I can find it but it basicly says wait until you have a bunch of soul points then /kill

But seriously, you need to calm down and not bite the mods heads off when they were trying to do their job and help you when you were being difficult. There isn't just one solution to a problem.

dude do you know it will create extremely more work if all players can be just got tp out by a mod, also there are many people that got stuck in a certain cutscene or place. If they just tped you out, then other people will feel unfair if a mod refuses to tp you out.

What do you mean by staffs are a bit rude? The staffs, also known as the moderators/builders and CTs, they devoted a lot of time to improve wynncraft. Rome isn't built in a day, so stop saying the staffs are useless and rude. They aren't just for you, but for everyone.

If I were the mods, I will definitely tell you to farm them again because dude, 3 underworld keys is nothing. Also I think you are ranting just because you want the 3 keys back. I don't think this post will exist if you didn't lost the 3 keys.

You suggetstio is literatly /kill with extra dialog. You still loose soul points and you go back to a town.

 

I dont understand why u made a thread just cuz u lost 3 keyes,they're so easy to get...
