    Actually, there is enough lore to assert a very valid complaint.

    First impressions are mostly subjective, although people who play MMOs must have some similar tastes. Playing through an opening such as this would leave me majorly confused, as there are many things that don't line up.
    Firstly, an enemy of the Queen, Rowind, is able to convince her that you, another enemy is worth saving. In the span of a few hours.
    A lot of the dialogue doesn't line up.. and makes little sense.

    This isn't a game where you read up on the lore before playing, it's one that you discover the lore as you go. Throwing the new player into the deep end isn't a good idea for a game like this.
    Plus, I don't think anyone would look forward to running through this opening again.

    Please restate this so it is understandable.
    I'm sure I'm not the only English speaker who finds broken English hard to read.
