Quest Tbotb Story/gameplay Segregation

Some quests seem to have dialogue that doesn't fit to the current state of the content they mention. I'm talking about "The Belly of the Beast", in particular its ending dialogue by King Burtan:

• King Burtan: You have also earned the trust of the dwarves. You will now be allowed into other dwarven cities.

You will be allowed to other Dwarven cities (Maex, according to Wynncraft Wiki) even if you haven't done the quest - this was changed a long while back, but the quest dialogue was not updated to reflect this.
