Still want that block command

I've posted this before but the old thread is locked because I yearn for block commands whenever I play festival minigames through pfinder and thus run into the toxic players who are not numerous but are significant considering how few people actually play the minigames. I wish I could block, instead of using /ignore and getting warned for abuse.

Also I feel like all the festival minigames should have a short mandatory tutorial. I keep seeing people trying to hit ambient mobs with their wand and accomplishing nothing because they didn't notice they have to use the sword you get. At the very least it should be made clear that they are entirely mechanically separate from the main game.

Like I said in the post, /ignore causes you to get warned for abuse. It makes you not appear to the player you ignored, but you can still be pfindered into a party with them, causing an auto-warn.
