When Salted saw that mage needed a nerf, he went "well shit, better make mana hunger so mages can't move trololol" (not actual true story) ((please don't sue me))

 

I fell like the main reason they combined stamina/mana is to indirectly encourage exploring the environment and battling mobs. If you could run much more, you would zip past everything. No mob fights, micro-dungeons, or anything. As of now, forcing the player to walk makes them take time, and they can't just skip through mobs. As you walk by a cave, you notice a sparkle. There's a loot chest you barely saw. When you open it, you find a legendary weapon with no debuffs! (True story) My point is, by making you walk, you actually play the game more.

 

i like the idea

 

It's bloody energy. The Mana/Stamina is simply energy. You use your energy to run from Ragni to ToA. You expend your energy to drop meteors on civilians.

 

I like the idea, but with this implemented, you would be able to run using magic powers to everyone, and easily beat the game..








... actually, I like it.

 

Than Speed Builds would be op which would be faster than a white horse (Yes speed builds are already faster than white horses, i mean that speed builds will REPLACE white horses)
It would ruin the purpose of horses.
