Game Mechanics Small buff to Aster's Call.

Currently, Aster's Call only works at full efficiency during the Festival of Heros, giving it's 8% Boost to Spell and Main Attack%, along with the 4 seasonal emblems giving 8% boosts to different stats.

What I suggest is that it works at full efficiency during ANY festival, considering the effort you needed to go through to get it, and story wise, needing all 4 brothers to be present. It also makes sense considering that it needs the 4 emblems to work, so why doesn't Aster's Call work for all seasonal events?

Aster is even present at this new Festival of the Bonfire, and I'm assuming he's gonna show up at other festivals, too.

It's not like it's overpowered, 8% isn't that much.
