-2 spell cost drives the cost of some spells to 0 at high enough int. So, at 100 int, Meteor would cost 1 mana, and all other spells would cost 0. So maybe change it, because 0 Mana heal means invincible allies. Also, 75 health at 100 points is really low, seeing as you have to be around level 50 to get the perk, at which point 75 health is almost irrelevant. Maybe change it to +X%? Although keep it low, maybe 10% at most.

I hadn't factored in the natural reductions fron Int., so I'll nerf it to -1.

I'm not the best with Levels and Health, so I'll buff the health system a bit.

Question: are these values additive? Like when you say 5% spell damage for one level of Intel and 10% for he next, is that actually 15 total? Or just the new 10%

Each % upgrade counts as a singular, instead of replacing. So yes, 5% + 10% would equal 15%. It's a little like wearing armour that gives a % boost, another piece of armour that has a greater amount does not override the original % boost, it instead adds to a total.

I want to give an idea for this, not a buff or a nerf for the numbers, maybe if you added this idea, and this will give the player more information:

In your skill point category where you choose the skill points it would say below it: You have X number of skill points to unlock your next perk "(name of perk)"

I think particle effects to match the skill perk that you unlocked would be cool too, just to make it more neat to get a perk.

In addition, I think if you added, inside of the compass, above the skill point area, a item thing that states what skills you have, and what changes you get. For example:

[Before you unlock any perks]: You have not unlocked any skill point perks

    [Once you unlock a perk]:
Earth(Earth word in green, along with name of perk, which is in a darker shade): [Name of most recent unlocked perk](if no perk here, then it would say, you have no earth perks, this would be below the earth word)

Perks listed below the word earth and name of perk

-------Order of Listed Elements and Perks-------

    Earth

    Thunder

    Water

    Fire

    Air

These are just some mini add ons for the convenience of the player.

That's a really good idea, though I think air is a little bit overpowered.

So, something a little like this?

The would be a "Soul Point" below the respective skill in the menu that would take the player to it's perks:
    2016-02-24_09.14.52.png
Upon opening this menu, the player would be met with 5 "Perks", a "Soul Point" saying it was the perk menu and a compass to go back to the main menu:
    2016-02-24_09.20.17.png
Upon hovering over an unlocked perk, it would say it's name and bonuses:
    2016-02-24_09.20.23.png
However, if the player had not yet unlocked the perk, it would come up with "??? - You haven't unlocked this perk yet!":

Whoa, dude. Go easy on the particle effects, and keep them really to a minimum. Particle effects on weapons can get in the way of seeing what is happening, already. Too many particles around the player will become like chaff. The rest? I like!

The reason there's so many is because I used a repeating command block to keep them active so I could take a screenshot. In game, they'd be a simple burst of particle effects when the message shows up that they've unlocked the perk.

Why do you lose the movement speed with fire from 75points to 100points. Also, I feel that when you have a perk maxed, like max intelligence or something, it would permanently have the particles around you, though not as many as when using the skill.

The movement speed loss is meant to fit in with the elemental subtype, seeing as Fire is a rather tanky-class and a lot of it's items have negative speed boosts.

The particles could be a toggleable thing, but they're meant to be a short 'Poof' for unlocking the perk. Maybe it could be that the particles activate when using something the skill affects, say:

Earth - When you attack an enemy, dirt-breaking particles will come off of them.
Thunder - When you deal double damage, spark particles will come off the enemies affected.
Water - When casting spells, you gain a water effect around you.
Fire - When taking damage, fire particles will come off of you.
Air - When dodging, air particles will come off of you.

I think the attack part could work for particles. For the maxed fire one though, I feel as though the maxed fire one is weaker than maxed air perks and such. Also, you are rarely on fire in the game so.

Do you have any suggestions that you think could improve Fire? I must admit, Fire was the catergory I felt had the least 'powerful' buffs.

Personally I'd say remove the 5% movement speed and the natural fire defense, and add 20% defense
