Gosh freaking darn it I suggested this once upon a time.
Yours is a LOT more thought out and balanced though.

Personal Opinion: Since Rainbow gets buffs from all of the elements due to its spread, I don't see the need to give it a set of buffs unique to itself. This may be biased, since I don't like Gravity, but still.

 

I don't like gravity either, I'm really clumsy so it's worse.

decent idea, +1 supporter...but you might wanna account for the bonus and ids from a certain set of items.

 

one tiny thing i find op is that right now i have a 76% dodge chance and if master of air adds 10% dodge i would have 86% dodge chance i find that a little op do u not?

 

True, but then you'd only have 100 skill points left to spend on other things (at max), weakening you in other skills.

 

well yea i do have 55 intel and 35 dex tho

 

I already asked and was told that it only counted raw stats
no armor boosts

I really think we don't need any more buffs as it is. As stated before, if you had a high dodge chance, like 80%, then you could have a 90% dodge chance. Yes, you would have 98 or 100sp to invest into other skills, but stat buffing items exist and are insanely common in builds.

 

While there are items that offer large skill point buffs, most buffs come in the element you're investing in. If you sink 100 points into Air, for example, you most likely won't have enough points to meet the minimum requirements for the rainbow items which give a lot of skill points. You'll mainly be restricted to agility as that will be the most common skill point buff you'll have. I currently use an Air/Thunder/Water walkspeed build and have about +36 agility, as most of my items are air based, while I have few to no other skill point buffs.

Though I will nerf the dodge chance.

 

I think this is a great idea and that they should add a lot of the things you have talked about.

I just realized the only way to get rainbow is 101 and yet all other perks can be gained without 101 (not all at once)

 

It takes a lot of power to get, but it's worth it for rainbow builds!

 

Maybe change this, since when you say "You know everything there is to know about X element," that's what you say for when you do 100 SP in an element, so maybe this could say something about balance instead? I don't know... "You feel complete balance in the ways of all the elements," or something along those lines. However, this is just a little thing, I don't really care about it. This is actually the best suggestion I've ever seen, and i've seen a lot; Lotem's better quest book, the better bank system, and some other really good suggestions with a lot of support. This should definitely be implemented in the next update.
