    ofc and im glad to help, In general when you make an item you should hv like 1 or 2 main focus with 1 or 2 main drawbacks, if you want to make an item for a specific build/playstyle, at least one of the main drawbacks should still be affecting those said builds and preferablly you would wanna account for multiple builds instead of just one. good balancing only comes with experiences and practices so at the beginning try to take reference from in game standards for the item of that tier, level range, element and playstyle to adjust your item thatd be helpful in the long run.

    this is wt i came up with base on your design https://wynndata.tk/ci/Custom-848135096, this is sort of a legendary, amplified version of earth breaker mixed with physalis. taking gimmicks and reforming existing items are a good way to make sure your item doesnt go super out of place.

    to elaborate a bit on the thought process of adjusting for multiple builds, for example you can see it is no longer a tailored alka statue plate, it can now be easily competible with earth breaker/physalis (duh), +tier builds in general, weapons are now no longer just limited to alkatraz but more earth and even thunder weapons, stuff like brainwash or dune storm for hybrid builds, combo with grim can cancel out the -ls but hurts the mobility while combo with statue no longer have the most significant advantage but still remain a good option, becoz of the high str req and +strength on top of it as well as the exploding, alkatraz remain the better option. so this is an example in how u can expand the item for multiple build usage while still making alka statue build the best option, and keeping it balanced with relevant drawbacks for respective combos. ofc im just going a bit overboard with this just to illustrate my thought process for your reference but i think u get the point, also no need to think this is the perfect answer its just an example of one of the possibilities you can take your design to

    id say instead of +water dmg you put -water dmg on it to hurt its heal, but beside that it looks pretty convincing (maybe a 90/90 req so it doesnt look as manicing) even the base damage is somehow on point so id say it turned out pretty great (ofc one might say the gimmick is pretty crazy but the balance does make sense to some extent and personally im quite fond of this gimmick)

    This mystical wand was forged in ice heights, it was created by an extreme cooling of an old forgotten wand. After a part of ice heights melted, a snake touched the wand and the wand absorbed the snake, the snake is always in the wand prdoucing mana.



    to understand what i was going for just use it in a build... you'll see...

    not sure if you're trying to be serious if you are i suggest you try again, at least put in reasonable values and test your item before you ask for feedback :> otherwise this is the best i can help you

    what i tried going for was an ice snake only build... maybe if i put higher damadge...

    i absolutely failed to see how it is an ice snake only weapon outside the lore coz its doing 22k meteor with 5 mana regen, and a lot of irrelevant ids, i suggest you tune everything down and give it a better focus, you can refer to a teleport wand design i made https://wynndata.tk/ci/Custom-816535646 for another guy on page 1 here

    note that you'll be giving it an insane amount of water dmg, that means auto max heal, so i suggest you do something about it to counter that. i've just prepared an interpretation of this concept we can compare our notes after you finish your design

    I had a thought about what you said, and I tried to make a chestplate that can specialise in earth but can also be somewhat flexible at the same time. The high hp and severely bad defences are designed to encourage the use of the rage powder special along with risk taking - forcing the player to take a big risks in order to deal the huge desired damage. I kinda used warchief and taurus for inspiration, along with adding a twist or two of my own.

    I feel as though this item is balanced but tailors to my original design in a slightly different way.

    seems that you decided to put the focus in melee and elem dmg, the hp and -ele def combo is indeed a gimmick can be found in items like warchief and discharge, but note that warchief is a mythic and yours a legendary, so you shouldnt go over wt warchief has for its gimmick on that regard, id suggest putting hp to like 4250 and reduce the -ele defs

    also id suggest you decide the elem direction for your item, coz judging from the elem dmg it would be str/int/agi, but since you're also going for -ws id suggest remove the air damage so your item doesnt contradict itself. basically wt i mean is you should think of wt elem you're focusing and wt elems you're putting drawback on and not contradict yourself. in this case, id suggest it would be earth/water (if thats wt u want). since i only made small adjustments and tidied it up a bit id just post it here https://wynndata.tk/ci/Custom-478620707, ofc this is not really complete you can still put some flavour ids on it but the base of it is already balanced for this concept

    Oops I didn't think about the legendary <--> mythic difference, also I added a couple of stats as you suggested. You can click the image to view the link for base IDs

    + water defence, -hp regen, -soul point regen tailor to the lore of the chestplate being frozen, along with nullifying the practicality of the specified elements.
    + mana steal to reward the player for combining melee and spells
    - thunder defence/soul point regen to provide direct disadvantage for thunder based armour/builds. I was thinking of adding -poison but it cluttered the IDs

    half the base damage then it would be fine, also Gaia already kills your spell so not sure where the potential is (spell multipler, wynndata doesnt show negative raw spell)

    I'd say put the mana regen to something a bit more reasonable like, if you really wanna severely hurt mana then -5/4 tops, coz ideally you'd still want people to hv the opportunity to use vanish or spins. also since you're pushing for a earth/fire playstyle 3 slots would be more realistic but its just a minor thing, also it can do with a higher req i would suggest something like 70/70 or 80/60, but overall it is pretty good already

    the -hp raw is so insignificant for that level you might as well not put it there since you already hv the -hpr% so either nix that or put it up higher with less -hpr%, i dont think it should hv water def i know lore and stuff but your plate is pretty offensive so it feels out of place, since you added mana steal you should at least put intel req to like around 60 then the whole thing would be ok, note that anything with mana will take away a lot of power from your item coz mana is weighted heavily

    Thank you for the further balancing advice. As for the reasoning for a low -hp regen stat, I did it since I thought a really slow and gradual -hp regen fitted the lore of being frozen (slow and gradual death if unattended) - perhaps I was too focused on the lore. I might do some balancing tweaks later, but I'm not in the mood at the moment.

    I will inform you once I've improved it.

    Well, its meant to be a fully melee weapon, spells become useless and the user would become slow however pack a MASSIVELY heavy punch

    ye well you did already killed the spell dmg, especially for assassin in melee builds you'd use mana for vanishing to escape and spin to blind enemies, so mana in assassin isnt just for spell builds

    item is based on forcing mage to not use teleport for mobility and substituting mage's other spells with ids
    item has lots of walkspeed to make up for the fact that you won't have much mana, life steal emulates heal, exploding emulates meteor, spell damage is cut to discourage countering mana regen

    the whole item seems fair but something is a bit meh about it, you're theming around substituting mages spell with IDs, but at the same time you also want to remove the best non-spell damage that is +tier, so the item currently looks like a secondary ws wand more than anything, you should in turn try to encourage melee be it remove the -tier or give it something that benefits heavy melee. Also id suggest giving it a req as hving more ws than the game currently has except warp is a heavy weighted air trait.
