Scribing concerns

While preparing an upcoming post in which I describe ideas for miniquests, I discovered that in the 60-90 level range, there are 8 total Scribing ingredients. And 40-50 has issues too. This seems like a problem to me, so I propose adding more.
Unfortunately, I am not a proffer. Therefore, I can't really make any suggestions into this front. How difficult is it to add in new ingredients? Because I think there could definitely be some.

• Dark Essence - Dark Forest, +Dexterity, -Spell damage?
• Residual Life - Dernel Jungle, +Strength, +Health, +Health Regen, rare.
• Amethyst Powder - Maro Peaks, +Strength, +Spell damage, -Health, -Intelligence.
• Radiant Sap - Realm of Light/Light Forest, ++Spell damage.
• Mountain Blood - Dernel Jungle, +++Strength, +++Defense, +Durability, ++Health, --Walk speed, -attack speed tier, --Spell damage, --Melee damage, --Agility, rare. (Basically, Potion of the Turtle Master. You're a stone wall but have little ability to move or deal damage.)
• Rootstone Dust - Dernel Jungle, +Health, +Strength, -Dexterity.
• Honeydew Amber - Dernel Jungle, ++Health Regen.
