Because it's too early to tell the true impact of 1.20 item changes. It's clear which items are OP but we don't know fully how op they'll be

Not to mention the item changes aren't final and I'm pretty sure stuff is still getting adjusted for 1.20, so 1.19.4 is the CURRENT version. Not that hard to understand.

ye I didn’t know if that was 1.20 updated or outdated

idk if the 1.20 item changelog relates to the newest update or if the I’m has a separate updating names for their item updates, I thought those weren’t the 1.20 ones because they have been that way since 1.19 so why they called 1.20? idk anymore

Goddammit I can't pick (mostly because I use quite a few of these items myself). I also knew in the back of my mind hRRRRRRm x3 dps and what I call "piercing damage". Let me explain, For example if an enemy has 250 earth defence and you cast arrow storm and all arrows hit for 500 earth damage each. 500*30 = 15000 damage right? Well if we add in defences 500-250=250 (hard maf), 250*30=7500 damage.

Your damage got HALVED, but if you have nighthawk (which makes hitting shots easier) your arrows deal 3000 damage each. 3000*5= 15000 so, same thing, and if you do the defence thingie 250*5=1250 damage. 15000-1250=13750 damage. I'm no math genius but 13750 is a bigger number than 7500.

Necrosis: 4 attack tiers. *intense high damage slapping ensues*

Virtuoso: Of course -ms will make this balanced yep! totally! definitely not like spell players don't use their main attack! After nerf, well... In the words of the soldier

Seriously though, this thing is busted as hell

Draoi Fair: Honestly surprised people don't know about this thing. HOLY -1 spell cost and your 1st and 4th spell on a ring. AND YOU CAN DO THIS TWICE! NOT BROKEN AT ALL NOPE NOT AT ALL. Seriously though, I think people don't really know about this because it is from a mage island quest at level 59 and only by picking the phoenix wand. I honestly only found about this by pure luck when I picked the phoenix wand by accident. After that double draoi abuse ensued. I love this this, but all good things must come to an end.

These were the ones that I personally use quite a bit. I started using black recently but I perfer HM assassin because vanish is a fair and balanced spell

Atlas: I love this for HM and Spell Steal because you know, -attack speed with mana steal is fair and balanced.


Balancing with this many items is hard, so credit to the IM's but still, please let us have our proken items

 

That's not actually how eledefs work btw, they scale with spell multiplier, so there's no difference in eledef reduction between the two in the way you stated.

The rest of your points are fine! I'm pretty sure it's widely known that draoi fair is busted though. The nerf removes -4th spell cost, but we all know that doesn't do anything- everyone uses it for the -1st spell cost anyway

 

That's because they haven't been pushed to the server yet, so they're obviously part of the next update... which is 1.20.

Up to 2.2k NEUTRAL damage and 2.6k Poison/3s along with almost 1k lifesteal is pretty insane
(at least for other classes maybe not archer)

 

Yes but the issue is that it can't get tiers, locked to heavy,,

anthracite ballista > stinger

Overall hard to justify stinger as main weapon compared to alternatives

 

Who needs tiers when they have insane damage
btw I'm not a class builder I have no idea how that stuff works

that's actually why it's good. stinger is a premier archer secondary for its guaranteed super slow, 1k ls, and access to quake/cl. being able to make crucial swapouts like atlas for deye, or aphotic for nhawk, frees up slots for versatility on a spellsteal or mixed build, and even pure regen-based builds benefit from having the extra sustain.
