Remove Censorship, Better Staffing

Quality over quantity, my friend.

 

If every decision on this server was made based on biased opinions, there'd be a lot more problems with the staff team as a whole. If moderators were just picked because they're friends with a mod, there'd be chaos as no moderators would actually be chosen based on their responsibility, or helpfulness to the community. And if the beta testers were also chosen based on biased opinions, one of them probably would've accidentally spilled the beans about a big secret. There's no bias within the staff. We treat our players equally.

I'm going to close this, as this is pretty easy flame war material.
