That's a lo of items to remember, I can sell more than 200 items a day, maybe make it the last 10-20 trades.

Hey it would be a great idea it's just it would take way to many mechanics and someone like me would have over 500 trades haha! xD

    It would be relatively easy.
    1. Store all recent trades in a database
    2. Calculate 110% of selling price
    3. Display in refund interface with name of weapon
    4. Give weapon
That being said, Wynncraft should not have to babysit you. It's your own fault if you accidentally sell something.

I don't really agree, mistakes can happen to the best. Also, in gavel it seems getting best gear will be much much harder, instead of choosing 5 out 7 or so IDs, in gavel it will be 5 out of 38 IDs it seems. That means the chance to get the stats you need will be much lower, and many stats will probably have random numbers just like spell damage. If i'm right that means that some amazing gear pieces will take weeks or months to get! I wouldn't like accidentally selling one :D

Btw i know it's possible to code it but i think it might lag the servers even more, i mean every player has to save last few days of item selling? That's hundreds of items for each player..

The databases are stored offline and only indexed when needed.

And that thread was remade, by the original author, here. Item locks, how they would work, the suggested mechanics, the whole shebang.

Item locks basically does this (and a little more), and it's a much simpler system.
I think you're misinterpreting that bit, you have to buy it back for 110% of the price you sold it for. Eg if I sell something for 100 emeralds it will cost me 110 emeralds to buy it back.

Or you can just be better with selling stuff, and sell stuff carefully.

First thing that's wrong here is that you think you should buy a Maelstrom for 10 le.

So uh.... I dont really see the point of this. You just have to READ what you are selling. Also a item lock is better. (Also has anyone ever sold a Bobs mythic? What did it give back)
