    Powders was use to enchant armor and weapons. You can enchant it by putting a powder and the item you want to enchant in the crafting slot in your inventory. Different powders has different enchantment.

    You mean that if there is 1/2 slots, you can add it 2 powders and you already added 1?

    Actually, powders now give elemental bonuses, not enchantments. That's why weapons like Empire Builder (Low damage, bad IDs, but 6 or so slots) are so good.
