You can probs tell what this is going to be by the title. The current mini-dungeon like caves for t3 and t4 chests are cool, but having mobs by the chest can result in you getting KO'd as you open a chest if you're using a loot build, and God forbid there is a pull or push spell mob near the chest. This is the stupidest/cruelest design ever. Most people want these spells removed in general, for good reason. My suggestions: Separate the chests from the mobs, sorta like the eye cave with 3 chests does. Remove pull and push spell mobs from these mini dungeons in general.
