    When major id's were added, I was incredibly excited because it offered the potential for a new way to make builds and the potential for even mediocre items with a major id to become useful and powerful. However, only items that are already powerful for their level; only legendaries, fableds and mythics are currently able to get them; essentially making uniques even more pointless for players to use endgame. In my opinion, major id's should be on every tier of item, especially uniques. That would allow the current system to stay more or less the same, where legendaries are typically stronger than uniques in terms of stats, while still making uniques with a useful major id useful. This would also mean a larger pool of items that can get major id's once more are added, and a greater possibility of builds that get their power primarily from a set of major id's, rather than a traditional build (which sounds incredibly cool to me).

    Uniques for the most part don't need major IDs because most armors are getting rebalances so that many are quite good.
    Unique weapons do suck tho...

    A few rare items but mainly set could use major IDs though. I think the real problem with the system is it was thrown together last minute, or at least it feels that way, and that major IDs feel incomplete.
