Stage 2

Search Rodoroc for clues of the cure

(Behind a painting in Medus's room, there will be key that says "I left my keys in the mines")
From here, you go to 1036 9 -4975 in the Rodoroc mines where there is a pile of emerald blocks. On top of the pile will be an "Emerald Key". The key will say: This looks like it goes to something.

Stage 3

Find a door for the key

(In the same mining cave there is a huge door at 970 25 -5070. In front of the door will be a hopper with emerald blocks around the edge)
Throw the key into the hopper. This will open the door and you can walk through
It will teleport you into a huge tunnel area, all made of emerald blocks.
If you go far down through the cave eventually there will be an NPC named "Diany"
This is the dialogue when you speak to her

(Before the quest)
[1/2] Diany: Amazing... I've never seen something like this before.
[2/2] Diany: Wait a minute... Who are you!? Begone!

[1/7] Diany: Look at all of this! Emeralds never form in such large deposits.
[2/7] Diany: Oh, of course... This isn't natural emeralds... Hmmm I wonder where it came from.
[3/7] Diany: Oh hi there! You must be from Wynn! The whole human thing gives it away.
[4/7] Diany: What brings you here? Oh... that would explain this.
[5/7] Diany: I'm the leader of this mining project. We thought Rodoroc was going to be rich before, but now this!
[6/7] Diany: We'll be the richest city in all of Gavel! There's a gave a ways back.
[7/7] Diany: I'm not sure where it goes. Maybe it will lead somewhere interesting?

(After the quest)
[1/1] Diany: The cave entrance is just behind me, over there.

Stage 4

(Upon going through you will be teleported to Eltom in a cave at 1040 47 -5594)
There will be a cave exit behind you
Outside of the exit there will be a group of NPCs arranged in a circle. All of them will have black robes / cloaks on, and they will be looking at a green crystal (not an emerald)
One of the NPCs will be named Aeolia

[1/10] Aeolia: Ahcroth ethal ackr- Wait! Hold on, who are you?
[2/10] Aeolia: STOP THE RITUAL! NOW!
[3/10] Aeolia: What business have you here!?!
[4/10] Aeolia: What is this? Medus? Emeralds? Oh no... not again
[5/10] Aeolia: The emerald touch... it's back at live... We need to finish the ritual...
[6/10] Aeolia: Ahcroth ethal ackrometh yitium mencius!
[7/10] Aeolia: Sorry about that. See this green crystal here? This is called the Acratum's Shard.
[8/10] Aeolia: It casts random spells and curses on any person who touches it... It is still linked to Medus.
[9/10] Aeolia: I have a friend who lives in Thesead named Osirai. I'll bet that she can help you.
[10/10] Aeolia: Take this fragment of the Acratum. I sense you will need it to create the cure.

[2/9] Osirai: Oh, I see, Aeolia sent you. He's always been a good friend of mine.
[3/9] Osirai: So, what is the issue? I'm the finest healer in Thesead, I am sure I will be able to help.
[4/9] Osirai: Oh, that fool... Yes, I've met Medus before. He was always very greedy, and I was never too fond of him.
[5/9] Osirai: I suppose I can help you though. My master always taught me to help people whenever I can.
[6/9] Osirai: The emerald touch is a peculiar enchantment. I've dealt with it server times in my long lifetime.
[7/9] Osirai: Good, I see you have a piece of the Acratum. Now there are 3 more ingredients that are necessary.
[8/9] Osirai: I will need you to collect 1 [Bound Herb], 1 [Enchanted Bone] and 1 [Maleirus Extract].
[9/9] Osirai: I've written the coordinates on this paper. Here, off you go now.

[1/1] Osirai: I sure hope the cure works. Poor thing, nearly starving to death.

Find the ingredients at the locations on the paper
(All of them are very close to Thesead, I just didn't have the time to locations to put them in)

Stage 7

Return to the Osirai with all of the ingredients

[1/3] Osirai: Ahh, let's see here... Acratumos seliphren toramorai.
[2/3] Osirai: The cure is completed. This should heal your friend.
[3/3] Osirai: Give it to him, and he will slowly go back to normal.

[1/4] Medus: Oh my... Wow! Oooooh weee! I can already feel it working! This is amazing!
[2/4] Medus: Thank you so much! I'm going to live after all!

I got 30% of level 100 in 9 minutes. Here is what you should do. Get VIP+s or Hero's with you. 3 to 5 people is good. Go to freezing heights. Place down a totem. Kill everything in the area. You get so much xp

Also, this has a follow up quest which will be at level 92 or 93. :)
