    a level 99 quest is a fantastic idea, but in my opinion, this quest practically ruins the silent expanse reveals in AJB
    silent expanse seems to be 100+ content, and i think a level 99 quest would fit better in for stuff related to that level.

    also it is NOT called olmic city
    the olm were a race that inhabited the area, and thus, "olmic" is an adjective describing the city's olm population

    "ruined olmic city" means the same thing as "ruined human city" or "ruined orc camp" or whatever

    we are not given the city's actual name
