Spoiler: Explanation

Neutral damage is rubbish at the moment. Any decent neutral weapons are way better with a lot of powders, and his is part of the reason why element tanks are so overused. This pair of leggings seeks to make neutral damage great again, by negating all elemental damage while also providing great bonuses. It provides a good base to a neutral damage based build, with the negative elemental damage and skill points balancing it out. I've chosen to use leggings, as this prevents the use of Sanctuary leggings to get elemental damage back.

Elemental tanks are overused

the xp bonus is random and useless

the loot bonus reduction is random and useless

-75 skillpoints?!?!? even if you aren't an elemental tank at level 97 its almost IMPOSSIBLE to have any good build that doesn't need skill points,

or at least anything that can compete with metas,

The -180 in everything was bad enough but the 1.5k health

its just level 50-60 leggings with -90 damage for everything unless you happen to use non elemental damage weapons(no powders) and powders are a huge part of the game you can't just make people not even use them,
