crust is decent,

I could easily just use centipede instead of buying a mythic for 2 attack speed and it would cost less skill points and I would actually get health, and
centipede allready has more walk speed and 1 - 100 raw melee is trash so thats why infinity should be a rare

ocean gives 2 mana steal and 2 mana regen.... why wouldnt you use third eye and it destorys your melees which would make sence if only it werent a mythic, you could get any other helmet with intel and why would you spend a stack of le for 30lb when you could get pelier and hp is decent, but its not meant to be a hp bonus helmet is it

that fire helmet is ok for hp and fire damage but thats it. thats it and ontop of that it has -1/4 mana regen which doesnt do anything and why would you use the helmet for only 100hp regen when sanos care exists and you dont have to spend a stack of le to get this could be a legendary

the only thing useful on east wind is the walk speed, because it literally takes away any other option you would ever want to take, you HAVE TO USE AIR and then your air weapon will deal less damage wow thats so great and again why would you spend 5le on this when you could run csst for dune storm and actually have a choice again

the leggings are ok because they actually have a use and thats defence and they dont have like -1million of something like all of your other items that make them terrible and more like a rare item than a mythic

but the item making team would probably like them how they are because there all bad, and they should all be boots or chestplaltes too so you cant get full mythic armor because that would be op... if the mythic armor was actually good

You put the same lore for both Crust and Infinity.

Crust:
So Crust makes you stuck with super slow attack speed (unless you use something like Rainmaker) and impossible to move. I mean it fits perfectly with either a full melee build or a Rainmaker build -- it kinda mixes Taurus and Statue. Seems fine.

Infinity:
Seems to be a very ID-gambling one, you could lose no health or you could lose 5k. You could only have -1 health regen (easily counterable) or you might end up with -100 (not as easy to counter). While ID variation is part of the game, this is kind of more gimmicky item which is fine -- it's just very frustrating for people. The biggest problem is that Infinity is complete trash if you get bad IDs -- since the base stats (health / defense) are underwhelming. Compare this to other mythics, which are still usable with bad rolls. I would say this needs a complete rework of its gimmick (having huge ID variation).

Also, because Infinity is an already used name, consider a synonym, like Ubiquity.

There's not much to say about Oceanographer -- it has a good mix of health, mana, with some -attack speed to counter it, but there's not much I can say. A fine item -- doesn't have the opportunity to be over or underpowered really.

I'll do the others later, but overall: Crust and Oceanographer are ok, Infinity needs to be reworked. Great ideas, though -- I look forward to looking at the others.

Just a quick side note, mythics armor that aren't just overpriced memes are all boots so no one uses more than 1
but since you are suggesting this i recommend a chestplate to use in pve/pvp

ehhhhh this is pretty much a rarer worse Taurus as a helmet
This one isn't very good
it's bonuses are small for it's debuffs
You have to remember these are all mythics, they should be powerful
I don't think it should be like this
get rid of the -attack speed (or atleast lower it to something reasonable such as -1 to -3) , -walk speed, raise the -spell damage, add -raw spell damage, buff the melee raw, and the %earth damage and defense

Most of these values aren't possible
Items use a base value, and when they put in the base value, the game multiplys it by 0.3 (minimum) and 1.3 (maximum)
be sure to take a base value and multiply it by those 2 numbers to find your stats
this one however is better than the last one, and fairly balanced
however once again you need to have a base value.

It's basically a helmet galleon
it's not bad
but i mean
give it more intelegence
and add spell damage

that's a lot of defense needed
perhaps give it more health or give it the health identification
give +defense aswell

no ones gonna use it
buff it
it's a mythic
