    I feel like there is a way to make your idea work but I just can't think of any right now. It's just a lot of work for something either no one will ever use or something that will be used to scam people.

    Yes because I love my new 400ls super slow 700 melee damage spear with 4 tiers of attack speed and negative 3 walk speed hidden item
    Seriously, these have the ability to be better than mythics.
    And will have a similar effect on the economy.
