    This does not abide by the EULA. Just because other servers do this does not make it legal. They aren't using a loophole, they just haven't been noticed by Mojang yet. The reason this does not fall under "provides the same effect for everyone on the server" is because the buyer gets the advantage of knowing where it will spawn, and being at that location when it spawns.
