Game Design Nerf Burst Fire Attacks

I will agree, Psychomancer is much harder than any of the other elemental bosses, save possibly Solar Vanguard, and definitely stronger than most of the LI bosses. He's also nearly impossibly to kill with slow melee in my experience, which is pretty annoying. The other bosses seem reasonable where they're at, and I'd rank Qira as the #2 boss overall in terms of difficulty, which seems fair.
