Nerf Amadel

I wish I had recorded it, because he DEFINITELY tp'd twice in less than 15 seconds. I was blinded, he tp'd, and the moment my blindness went away, he blinded me a second time and tp'd again.

Oh, and not to mention, one of his minions does NOTHING BUT TELEPORT. He's never in one place for longer than a second. That's just stupid.

Oh, also, every single teleporter spawns you way above the ground, and you fall, taking about 500-700 fall damage. Mind fixing that too?

 

The tp regions will be fixed next time there's a push(or, should be).

 

I soloed him as an assassin dude. I was using a Bull, too. Just get him in a corner and spam smoke bombs.

 

He just tp's back out. Not to mention all his minions hit you from behind, dealing a bunch of damage.

 

that is a possibility as to why you can't beat him (he's not meant to be solo'd)

 

He got buffed in the Gavel update.

 

Use Chakram

 

damage isnt everything, most of bobs attacks are easy to dodge.

 

I solo'd Amadel with a level 70 warrior back in the day. He isn't that hard, you just need technique and a decent weapon. I also recommend the skill point potions since those are useful for most boss fights.

 

if u assassin smoke weed everyday for everyone :P with bob's mythic

 

There's a spot near the entrance where whenever he TPs he fails to move. And the minions can't get you there either

He shouldn't be nerfed just because your bad at them game, fight him later when you get better

Heres an idea.

Chakram + Adamanite + Sodeta Booties + 3/4 mana regen Chrystal + a good badwolf.

Thats what I used (for armour, for weapon I used mealstrom)

(And I solo'd him)

 

Adamantite is one of the worst ideas for Amadel you can have. It reduces your element defenses so severely. -80 in all but earth, where you have -30. That means, excepting other armors' defenses, you are taking 430 extra damage from every attack he inflicts.

If you're an assassin you can just get him stuck in a corner where you tp in and spam smokebombs and spin attack. I soloed Amadel using four potions.

 

Ok, whatever then. What plate do you recommend?

I did pretty good with Adamanite.

If you are going for a defensive build, try Remikas' Sanctuary. It gives element defenses of all types and good health besides. Aside from that, simply try to minimize element weaknesses on your armor.
