Mythic Leggings [new Leggigns 'phantom']

this is op,the fact that gives 0+ health doesnt make many diference if you have 1000 elemental defense and why this is only for archer?elemental defense is usually for tank so it should be for warrior or for everybody

 

I think the idea of all mythic armour bering boots was to prevent unfair advantages arising from using more than one. Imagine if some people could afford an all-mythic build... mythics are supposed to be extremely rare and powerful, but we don't want them dominating armour builds as well.

A good base idea, but mythics are supposed to be really good, not godly. I would recommend adding some negative buffs to balance out this a little bit

 

but theres no reason to make a tank archer with elemental defense,archer tanks like health and not defense because nobody tanks with an archer

No I mean the id values here won't work. You need to give one value and the system calculates the ranges. If the value you give is 1.0 then for positive the range will be 0.3-1.3 (rounded up), and for negative its 0.7-1.3 .
