    the Mana regen just pretty much straight up cancels out the - hr bcz it is mage...
    So it is basically now just a really good Weapon that can have a powder ability, does a shit ton of dmg and has only a - health and -elem def.
    Personally would switch the +ws to a -ws
    And to 1 or 0 powder slots so it doesn't get the powder ability. Just imagine Curse with that....

    40 skill points in each element = 200 skill points, but the minimum level is 95, you couldn’t use it until your level 100
