Honestly it's really hard to make proper mythics. These just don't have the mythic "feel" and I have no idea what makes mythics feel like mythics. Not all mythics have that mythic "feel", for example weathered. That thing is really boring imo.

The skill point requirements for these are far too low. Also, the requirements for the current mythic armour are fine, except maybe for Galleon.

These Mythic Armors you are suggesting have pretty low stats. I suggest buffing them

For Vigilante, I suggest nerfing the stealing to about 7%. 15% seems too high.

You're right there, but it just seems overboard for one item to have 15% stealing, while the second best (to my knowledge) to have 7%. Over double the second best. I just don't really think that these have well balanced stats, or are made well.

Here's a somewhat detailed constructive criticism of your items from a conceptual standpoint. I'm going to assume your given stats are the best possible.

Vigilante: I can't tell if this item's supposed to be offensive or defensive. However, its earth defense is too bad for defensive, and you have negative health regen, so it seems offensive, but Ossuary feels much better for offensive. Overall, I don't think I'd ever use this item over Ossuary or Cumulonimbus or Morph-Stardust or whatever other thunder helmet will be coming, simply because its only real good thing it has is the thunder damage which is decent but not too much. It seems like a melee item, so add some melee damage to it. (In my opinion thunder melee should be used more often, so if you added melee damage and made it more clear if this is a glass cannon or a tank item then I'd like this item.)
Acres: This is far too similar to Earth Breaker for both to be viable at once. That's all I really have to say about it, aside from that it seems like an OK item conceptually.
Passion: Feels too standard for a mythic, and while I love EWA as a concept I feel like this doesn't have anything it shines in aside from 100% offense. Some mana regen would definitely be nice in this.
Dispute: This < Ossuary. That's all I have to say on the matter. A rework might be needed for this item because it's too hard to make this stand out from Ossuary.
Inverted: In my opinion this has too much health without enough consequences. Either make a ton of negative walk speed or negative elemental defenses.
Oath: Why the heck would anybody ever use Shawl of Gaea for this? It feels like it's trying to do so many things at once, but still succeeding at all of them. Either generally nerf its stats or remake the item.

need to go so i'll review the changes for existing mythics later

oops forgot to review fixes last night

Crusade Sabatons: Previously, the main problem I had with this item was that it was simply worse than Gaea-Hewn Boots in nearly every way. While this change is pretty nice, I'm not sure if just reducing the requirements would fix it, though. (Also the relatively high stats make the item more of a commitment, so 50 seems like a better number than 40 for the requirements. 65 does feel a bit high for not enough gain.) Either a melee damage or a health buff would be a necessary change.
Boreal: I agree with this change on a conceptual standpoint.
Galleon: Not sure what the tier removal would do, and Galleon needs more of a buff than a nerf right now.
Warchief: I feel like you overshot this and made it a bit too OP, since you get a nearly 80% damage increase and pretty good health for little downsides. In my opinion, a way to balance this item would be to give it negative tier so you can't use it along with Centipede and CoI after your changes, but that still might be too much. The 120 strength requirement is probably good, your suggestion is farrrrrr too low. (Like 100 might be fine.)
Discoverer: Unnecessary buff IMO, it feels balanced right now. Your changes would allow people to use other loot bonus armor in conjunction with Discoverer whereas right now when people use Discoverer they have to focus on buffing health and survivability.
Slayer: Not sure if this is what's needed for the item; Slayer needs a walk speed buff to stand out from Shadestep. The current requirement also seems fine to me.
