Also, the rules never stated that tagging modetators and admins are against the rules.

Tagging mods are fine, as long as you tag them for a valid reason. Tagging admins are allowed but not welcomed.

I really think that these skill reqs are bad. These items need stat buffs, but not lower skill point requirements. They'd just be abusable then.

Some of your items also look badly designed. The IDs are just underpowered for some, and others seem a bit too strong, or badly designed.
Here are example of things that should be changed.

For a mythic piece, the requirements are too low. Maybe something like 0/60/0/75/0 requirements. Also the defence and dex buffs seem too small for a mythic. Maybe something like 7 dex/8 def. Even though it's partially a fire item, it should still have some negative elemental defences, and have its hp nerfed to something like... 3600.

The mana regen doesn't really make sense on this if it's supposed to be an earth/fire item. It should also have some negative elemental defences and increased requirements because it'd be too easy to use right now, considering all of the great IDs on this.

 

Tbh this actually hurts the items by making it so it has to be subject to more counterbalances when the items intended purpose should have been melee.

 

Oath claims its burned with a thousand fires, but it has more earth defense, and equal earth damage with fire? ok
