World Multihit Crowd-buff Effect.

Spin attack only takes away your debuffs and steals the enemy buffs

 

Well they should make it so it cleans everyone around you, that would be lovely.

Maybe it could add speed 1 too? Since you spin so fast or something. I don't know

 

Vanish already does that, I think. But a 10 second group speed buff would be cool, I guess.

 

Unnecessary and overpowered. Multihits costs no mana to use if you do not hit an enemy, which means that you would be getting a free buff. Attack Speed Tier boost for 60 seconds would put Assassin nearly back on par with its pre-Gavel incarnation in terms of power. This will not happen, I can guarantee it. Besides that, Assassin providing no party buffs is very much intentional.

 

They only complain because of its poor movement

 

They complain about it because it is no longer completely and ridiculously overpowered as it was pre-Gavel.

 

To explain what selvut is saying, the assassin had a slight problem in its code pre gavel, the code for multi hit to be exact. Instead of dealing damage at 200% it dealt damage at 2000% thus making them the strongest class out of the four with defense values only second to warrior (pre gavel warriors could achieve defense values of over 100%)

 

Well I knew that lol. I'm just saying that most people don't like assassin because of its poor movement and high mana cost. The movement was fixed essentially giving a buff with the sprint bar and mana cost is fixed with Intel

I also know that. Seriously if I had to complain, ( which I don't want or need to) , is that it has bad movement. I actually prefer it over archer and Mage and warrior just because of the difficulty level of it. I love multihit because it does do lots of damage and it does do very good damage. I actually use it more that smoke bomb. Assassin how it was could heal itself like a Mage, did way too much damage and some vip players miss that. I understand that people want op but it's not fair

 

Actually, you multihit is a lot more useful in parties.

@Net_Twerk Yes, I forgot to mention this what he said. If I am ever in a boss fight with one assassin atleast, it is almost instantly multihitted into a corner, helping the team largely. When I killed Qira in a party of around 5, every time she would leave her corner, I would multihit her right back into one, and that was super helpful for everyone.

 

I can't really argue with that, but if you read the original poster, they think assassin is selfish, and want it to at least be a little bit more supportive.

 

I made this suggestion because Assassin is the only class to not have any crowd-buffing effect to allies. It doesn't matter what kind of buff it is, as long as it lets people actually call for Assassins in parties.

I think the key here is that assassin is probably the best at 1v1s. It is an assassin, after all. But anything beyond a 1v1 assassin is not going to help as much as a warrior or a mage or even an archer, because the assassin cannot support their teammates.

 

You know, aside from directing enemies around the arena enmasse with Multihits, freezing them to allow team mates to hit them easier with Spin Attack, slowing them with Smoke Bomb, dealing great damage to enemies quickly...

 

I didn't say assassin has no support ability whatsoever. I am stating that assassin's support is not strong as other classes support spells, and defending the poster of the original thread's idea. Keep in mind that this also does not mean I think it is perfect. I think it has potential.
