    I don't know why these items requiring dexterity/strength skill points would be bad, I said I think it is less reliable, and I was also talking about why you would even have skill points spread out like 45 in all stat. I never said that items didn't require stats in dexterity/strength and agility/defence.
    I just said that not many people would do that because I don't see it being a good idea, and I think that the min stats for Lucifer should be lowered because Freedom is a quint-element bow and requires 30 skill points per stat.

    You would have it spread out if you wanted to be a jack of all trades. 40 skill points is a 33.3% boost, and placed in everything it can be rather good. Also keep in mind, that skill points boost element damage. It is clear to see what he was going for; all the damage values on Lucifer are getting raised by approximately 37%, making it very powerful offensively, but the drawbacks are far too big for it to be of any use. At the same time however, it is so strong that reducing the drawbacks would make it overpowered. Despite this, it is far from balanced. It is in sort of a gray zone.
