Game Mechanics Move Title Info Messages

Problem: Hard to see whatever your ability info (example: mask switch) is if shown on a title bar if there is an overriding title bar. (example: raid ?/4 or TLS timer) It would be nice if it either moved ability info to someplace else (please not the chat) or moved other title bars somewhere else (please not the chat).
