    There's already the Clock "quest" though, that's not even in the quest book. Or was that just planned as some dungeon type thing?

    That's not really a quest, it's just explorable content that's a bit more extreme than most other secrets. You can't really call it a quest, more of a big puzzle mixed with a boss rush.

    Why not just add another section in the quest book called "Mysteries".
    That way we can see which mysteries we have completed/found/can be found.
