Massive Taurus Nerf

To be fair, you could use a min attack speed Taurus, max attack speed cancer, electrocharge greaves to get back to the speed the weapon had, or even one tier better (this way you could even have a 1 off max cancer or a 1 off min taurus) and statue to recover the missing health, or just just a decent hp helmet and boots. Maybe Royal Blazing for health with no skill requirement, and then The Parasite, Petrified Horror/Sleeping Beast, Deathsplinter, or Arakadicus' Maw, depending on the class? And then there's three open accessory slots still!

 

Still not nearly as efficient as before.

its not worth using on super slow melee weaponsbecause it ruins your defense
and it doesnt work with cancer

Now you actually have to use it for the strength build that it encourages, wow what a novel idea.

I've nearly done it, and I don't even have the best roles on my Taurus and Cancer. Thank goodness for +2 attack speed Clock Boots.

 

first off it wasn't even broken, claim it was all you want to, but 3 of 5 of your elem defs were nagtive right there, 2nd you only had dex and str, no def at all, you git one hit by everything that wasn't earth or thunder dmg

and it isn't broken in pvp, so no one can complain about it there, and in pve even after you "fix" it with 150 def on a warrior you will only take about 40 natural dmg from something like wybel "i forgot if it does nuture :/ pls correct me if I'm wrong"

 

It's your word, a player, vs. Selvut's word, a gm who's job is to make items and who does extensive testing.

 

no one will use the build it encourages because that build is extremely up
horrible defense
slow attacking
low walkspeed
only high melee damage
such a build is no way is good
there is no reason to use tauruswhen chestplate of ineptitude is a thing

No, I just assume Cancer and Taurus were tested together extensively due to the nature of the equipment, and I trust Selvut's word.

 

so you block out any possible way in which taurus can now be concidered up because selvut said so?
