    I feel like time dilation is too slow in 1v1s, am I missing something
    Also how would new time dilation work with the major id

    I'd assume you'd just gain stacks twice as quickly to a halved maximum.

    Applying Winded multiple times would also grant you multiple stacks, so it won't be as slow when fighting against lots of mobs, or when using Gale which applies +2 Winded (so it would give you +2 stacks)

    wait I missed the 1v1s part lol.

    Yeah, Winded application has always been significantly slower in 1v1s compared to when dealing with lots of mobs. Time Dilation should at least speed up your power growth a bit.

    There's also the concern of Time Dilation stacks being much harder to obtain in 1v1s once the enemy is at max Winded stacks. Timelock/ed Tempest's Winded absorption should help with that!

    Once you have at least 20+ stacks from Time Dilation, stacking both Winded and Time Dilation stacks should be smooth-sailing with Gravity Well and Timelock/ed Tempest combined!

    -buff teleport by like 4 blocks by default (20)
    -make blink teleport you the second time back to the place you started from (it would synergize with the teleport passthrough mechanic you get earlier) but halving the range (10)
    -litterally any ice snake conversion because its the only mage skill that doesnt get one right now

    This has been suggested a lot by different players, and for a good reason! It's a really solid way of making teleport more viable for dealing damage. However making teleport always make you blink back would make it impossible to be used for travel.

    There are a few other teleport suggestions out there like shift+teleport making you blink backwards, which I personally think is cool but iirc the ct didn't like it for some reason.

    I think you'll like these threads

    But yeah I see where you're coming from. Riftwalker has gust but that's pretty much it.

    I'll say though, I think simply giving ice snake a solid reason to be cast would make it much more satisfying to use (like what I did with Gust/Gale)

    i think its fine that rift walker would lose teleport as a mobility skill because you have that time dialation passive ... your mobility would change from spamming teleport to running out of the way
    if anything in extension to this riftwalker should get some sort of sprint duration/regen bonus too as part of its tree

    That would be really bad. I don't think anyone would want that for any archetype.
