It just makes me sad how many comment are just plain rude instead of explaining what is wrong with the suggestion, it might seem obvious to you because you're here for a lot of time but newer players should be allowed to understand what is wrong with their suggestion rather than just "U suk" kind of thing...

Wouldn't make too much sense according to the lore, there's not enough detail for us to understand what you really want and all the potential of your suggestion.
You said that you wanted to help improve the game, and that's what those who are mocking you should also do...

Anyway, while this suggestion is clearly not likely to get added, I do recommend you to improve and continue thinking of ways to improve the game, rather than ways to mock other persons.

 

This is a great concept, and while not exactly the way you envisioned it, it turns out that about every 2nd update they actually "Make New Places."

There is an ender portal in the game, it is just outside Ternaves. Although it doesn't work, there are many more portals around that are similar to end portals, where you insert items and you get teleported to a boss fight. These are called Boss Altars.

Many diverse places can be accessed through quests. In the Realm of light quest chain, You visit the realm of light: Crystal trees, a whole new species, and an upcoming dungeon exist there. During shattered minds, You visit a psychedelic version of the light forest, with drunk link, a massive cake, colour changing blocks, and plenty more to find. In the quest: The Fortuneteller, you visit a cloud world. There are more, but I don't have the time to list all the diverse quest realms.

As you progress in the game, the biomes aren't only jungles and plains. You will find multiple jungles and plains, but you will also find a frozen area, a volcanic area, a swamp, a mesa, canyons, floating islands, and more for you to discover yourself.
