    When I look at Fortitude I don't know if it effects myself, and I experienced on that for long until someone told me I have to lose some HP to gain its effect.
    WTF is this??? At full HP I won't be buffed and I have to at least -1HP from max HP???
    It's not explained in the description of the ability at all. Just too confusing.
    I think it should either change the description or make full HP player can also benefit.

    If you are on max hp, then you technically didn't heal yourself, so the effect won't activate. But yea I agree it's confusing.
